Re:mode furniture orders take approximately 8-10 working days for delivery after purchase, but the delivery timeframe for your individual order may differ depending on your date of purchase. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for your tracking link associated with your specific order.

Re:mode Furniture Delivery Process

Due to the unique size of our furniture, Re:mode ships in two steps: from our warehouse to a local delivery hub near you, and from the hub to your home. Here’s what to expect during the delivery process.

Before Your Delivery

Once your Re:mode furniture leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification email or SMS notification with your tracking number (if available). One of our delivery partners will reach out to you to schedule delivery from the local hub to your home within 5-8 working days of receiving your shipping notification email.

To update your delivery address or contact information, please contact sale@remodelife.com.

To reschedule an existing delivery appointment, please contact the local delivery hub team via the customer support contact number they provided you.

On Your Delivery Day

Your carrier will do the best they can to contact you before you arrive, but it’s not always possible.

When the delivery team arrives for our curbside program, they will:

  • Take your Re:mode boxes off the truck.
  • Place the furniture boxes at the first dry, flat space at your address
  • NOTE: Depending on your region, your delivery may arrive in a carrier branded truck or an unmarked delivery truck.

After Your Delivery

You are responsible for the following steps after your Re:mode furniture is delivered:

  1. Open each furniture box to check for order accuracy and any damages.
  2. Arrange your Re:mode configuration to your liking.

Shipping - Accessory Deliveries

Soft goods and accessories orders from Re:mode will ship separately from your Re:mode furniture by small parcel carrier (UPS). You receive a tracking number when your accessories ship via email.

Due to COVID-19, in order to follow the recommended social distancing guidelines and protect the safety of our customers and delivery team members, we have paused White Glove delivery service until further notice.

Re:mode Sofas and Chairs

Re:mode offers a limited warranty on its sofas and chairs to the original buyer at the original delivery address against defects in workmanship for the following durations:

 

  • Frame and legs: 10 years
  • Cushions: 5 years

 

Cushion cover fabric is warranted against becoming unserviceable due to color or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight and atmospheric chemicals. This does not cover tears, shrinkage, or piling.

Modifications made to the frame by the customer or the use of chemical treatments or improper cleaning invalidates the warranty.

Seat cushions are warranted against defects and loss of foam resiliency, under normal use. All cushions will soften with normal use. Do not confuse normal softening and flattening that occurs in all foam products with actual loss of foam resiliency.

We will repair, or at our discretion, replace any part of the product or the entire product if it is defective in material or workmanship. Should a repair be necessary, photographs and proof of the defect are required for replacement and/or repair. Please contact Re:mode for an inspection promptly after receiving the product if a problem is evident.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Non-residential use
  • Failure caused by lack of appropriate care and maintenance
  • Damage due to misuse or improper assembly
  • Use of improper cleaning products, sun-tan oils or chemicals
  • Mold or mildew
  • Damage due to vandalism, pets or rodents
  • Normal flattening or compression of cushions
  • Minor variations in color and texture of finishes
  • Acts of nature (ice, flooding, wind, etc.)
  • Damage caused by exposure to heat or flame
  • Bursting or cracking of tubing due to exposure to water and freezing temperatures

We have taken great care in designing and building our products to stand up to harsh environments, but nothing is foolproof. Care and maintenance are required to ensure the proper lifetime of your furniture. Mildew and mold grow on dirt, pollen and other organic matter; so simple routine cleanings will prevent them from forming on fabrics. Cover the furniture when not in use and store it in a dry place during the off-season. Extra care is required if the furniture is used by an indoor pool or near the seaside.

Re:mode Shades

Re:mode offers a 3-year limited warranty on the body of any shade to the original buyer at the original delivery address against defects in material or workmanship. The shade accessories are covered by the same warranty as Re:mode's other products (see "Other Products" section below).

We have taken great care in designing and building our products to stand up to harsh environments, but nothing is foolproof. Care and maintenance are required to ensure the proper lifetime of your shades and its accessories.

We will repair, or at our discretion, replace any part of the product or the entire product if it is defective in material or workmanship. Should a repair be necessary, photographs and proof of the defect are required for replacement and/or repair. Please contact Re:mode for an inspection promptly after receiving the product if a problem is evident.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Non-residential use

Re:mode's warranty covers defects which cause the piece to be unsound structurally or to become unserviceable due to normal exposure conditions, including sunlight and atmospheric chemicals. The warranty does not cover soiling, mold or mildew, tears, shrinkage, or piling. For the warranty to be honored, products must have been used for their intended purpose and not have been subject to abnormal wear and tear, negligence, or accidents. Re:mode will repair or replace, at our discretion, any part of the product or the entire product if it is deemed defective in material or workmanship.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sale@remodelife.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages

If any damages or manufacturing defects are reported within 14 days of delivery, we will make it right.

Please contact us at sale@remodelife.com with photos and a description of the problem and we’ll work to get it resolved as quickly as possible. If we are unable to repair the sofa or chair, we will arrange a refund or exchange.
